Revenue/Business Impact
Partnered daily with legal and compliance teams to reverse-engineer pain points in the legacy Archer platform, uncovering 47 critical friction points in case routing and data entry. Co-facilitated cross-functional war rooms using Figma and Miro to regroup fragmented workflows into modular, role-based dashboards. Streamlined convoluted UI by collapsing 12-step processes into 3 intuitive phases, enforcing WCAG 2.2 AA and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
