Lead UX/UI Developer and Graphic/Web Designer
Design Time: 3 year
Description of Problem - Develop a novel method to integrate AI with a garment digital twin application for realtime pattern design and fast garment manufacturing.
Synopsis - Created enterprise-level products using Figma and Sketch in an Angular environment, integrating HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming. Built AI-driven interfaces and Digital Twin models. Collaborated with stakeholders to define 30+ requirements, aligning system updates with user needs. Leveraged speech recognition and machine learning to develop an expert system for clothing and pattern design. Forged strong partnerships with product managers, engineers, designers, and UX researchers to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions using 3D visualization libraries. Developed robust wireframes and prototypes for development teams. Established research and testing processes.

Partnered with C-suite stakeholders to define a visionary 3D digital twin platform poised to disrupt apparel design and retail. Led strategic alignment workshops and requirement discovery sprints using Miro and Figma, translating executive goals into 30+ prioritized user stories focused on real-time pattern simulation, fit visualization, and supply chain integration. Established a cross-functional objective framework that unified product, engineering, and UX teams. Result: accelerated MVP roadmap by 6 weeks, secured Series A validation, and delivered a scalable 3D foundation adopted by 5 major fashion brands for virtual try-on and made-to-order workflows.
Recruited 12 industry veterans (pattern makers, garment technicians, and 3D modelers from Nike, Lululemon, and PVH) to co-create authentic mental models for digital twin garment design. Led immersive knowledge-capture sessions using contextual inquiry, card sorting, and live sketching in Clo3D, extracting 200+ tacit rules on drape, seam logic, and fabric physics. Synthesized insights into a reusable AI training dataset and Figma-based interaction library for pattern-to-3D workflows. Outcome: reduced digital twin errors by 64%, cut expert review cycles from 5 to 1, and enabled non-technical designers to generate production-ready 3D prototypes in under 30 minutes—powering the platform’s core disruption in virtual fashion.
Hosted weekly design syncs with executives from 5 global apparel brands (including Levi’s and Adidas) to align the 3D digital twin platform with enterprise-grade production and merchandising needs. Facilitated live Figma reviews, priority voting, and fit-session simulations to validate garment accuracy, size grading, and virtual showroom workflows. Captured 42 critical brand requirements into a dynamic backlog, ensuring seamless integration with PLM systems and e-commerce pipelines. Result: 100% brand sign-off on MVP, accelerated enterprise onboarding by 8 weeks, and locked in multi-year contracts powering virtual sampling for over 1.2M SKUs annually.
User Pathways: Creating a GDT (Garment Digital Twin)

Initial strategy included the development of User Pathways from which user experience models were developed. I meticulously researched and visualized every process in digital diagrams.
I designed all iterations of the stage and modular tools including project 'Dark Obsidian'.

With ClothingTech users are able to create, manipulate and export Garment Digital Twins among other things.

ClothingTech 2.0 Alert Modals
I designed all iterations of the stage and modular tools including project 'Dark Obsidian', and B2B web site.

With ClothingTech users are able to view avatars with a simple and uncomplicated screen utilizing modular drawers.

I developed a clean ad industry specific website which was aesthetically pleasing as well as functional.
The Virtual Fitting Room was a process whereby the user could create an avatar and fit multiple garments and ensembles.

I developed the clothing tech B2B site where clients could interface with the application, download and create accounts.

I developed the virtual fitting room where users could create avatars and dress them in the latest fashions.
These designs represented taking the Virtual Fitting Room process mobile and using it in conjunction with an in-store scanner to crate a 3D avatar using AI bases software to build body models.

We also translated the Virtual Fitting Room to an iOS app, as well as Android.

We added a feature to export and share avatars with the updated fashions.

These designs represented taking the Virtual Fitting Room kiosk that would inform, the user and walk them trough the steps to create an avatar.
Users can create an avatar to customize with their favorite garments. A series of cameras in the fitting room capture precise measurements, generating a detailed 3D image of the user. The interface is designed for ease of use, featuring an intuitive layout, a countdown timer, and alerts to notify users before each scan.
