Description of Problem - Develop an AI-powered interface for self-service kiosk terminals that delivers enriched, intuitive user experiences through natural interactions.


Synopsis - Designed AI-driven kiosk interfaces with speech recognition and machine learning for Coca-Cola and Ford. Developed enterprise UI/UX using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch in Angular and React environments. Collaborated cross-functionally to translate business needs into accessible design solutions. Optimized user pathways by creating wireframes and prototypes within agile cycles. Supported web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Stakeholders

 – Directed daily requirement syncs with Coca-Cola and Ford stakeholder teams to extract mission-critical data points for AI-powered in-vehicle and retail analytics dashboards. Facilitated structured co-creation rituals using Figma live-share, Miro journey mapping, and real-time KPI alignment, distilling 85+ stakeholder inputs into optimized user pathways for driver behavior insights, inventory heatmaps, and predictive maintenance alerts. Delivered interactive Figma prototypes and validated task flows that unified cross-brand UX standards. Result: launched a scalable analytics platform adopted by 400+ dealerships and 1,200+ vending units, achieving 96% stakeholder sign-off, +33% faster decision cycles, and $4.1M in annual efficiency gains through data-driven operations.

User Interviews

Recruited target end-users (dealership managers, fleet operators, and Coca-Cola route drivers) for moderated feedback sessions to surface real-world pain points in legacy reporting tools. Conducted think-aloud walkthroughs of current dashboards, capturing 32 critical friction points including delayed load times, unclear KPIs, and mobile inaccessibility. Translated raw user quotes into annotated journey maps and prioritized opportunity scores in Figma. Insights directly informed redesigned mobile-first pathways and AI-summarized alerts, validated in follow-up tests. Outcome: eliminated 5 redundant clicks per report, boosted mobile task completion by 44%, and reduced support tickets by 29% post-launch across 1,200+ field units.

Kiosk Prototyping
